Tiara Cyberooski(and or if you prefer Boobowski)is from Sonic X-tream,the Sonic game that was never released.I think that Tiara should make a comeback.Why?Well for one she's a girl and you don't see many of those in Sonic games.The Archie Comic girls don't count because their not in the games.And also she's just a cool looking character.Just my opinion.
